People of every age use Falak Labs apps and games, including children. These standards apply to every Falak Labs app and game on Google Play and the App Store (the “Apps”) and to falaklabs.com.

To report a concern

  • Email info@falaklabs.com with “Safety report” in the subject line. We review child safety reports first.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States).
  • In the United States, report child sexual exploitation to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

1 Child safety standards

Falak Labs has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Anywhere in our Services, it is prohibited to:

  • create, share, request or promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, edited or AI-generated images;
  • sexualize minors in any way, including in display names, messages or AI prompts;
  • contact or groom a minor for sexual purposes, or try to move a minor to another platform for that purpose;
  • threaten, coerce or blackmail anyone with sexual images (sextortion);
  • traffic any person, or advertise or facilitate trafficking.

When we learn of a violation, we:

  • remove the content;
  • permanently close the accounts involved;
  • preserve the information the law requires us to keep;
  • report apparent child sexual exploitation, including CSAM, child sex trafficking and enticement, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as US law requires (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and cooperate with law enforcement.

2 How we design for safety

  • No contact between players. Our games have no chat, private messages, friend lists or voice features, so players can’t contact each other through them.
  • Little shared content. Apart from leaderboard display names, players can’t post images, text or files for other players to see. Display names are checked automatically for offensive words, links and contact details, and we remove reported names that break these standards. Players under 13 can’t type a display name; the App assigns a random one.
  • No location sharing. Our games don’t collect precise location.
  • Age-appropriate ads. Our Apps are set to exclude ads rated for mature audiences. Players we know are under 18 see only non-personalized ads, and players under 13 see only ads rated for general audiences, from ad services approved for children’s apps.
  • Neutral age screens. When an App asks a player’s age, it doesn’t suggest an answer, and it keeps only the resulting age group on the device.
  • Parental gates. In Apps made for children, links that leave the App and purchases are behind a parental gate.
  • Private by default. Our games work without an account and keep progress on the device. The Privacy Policy has the details.

If we add a feature that lets players communicate or share content, it will launch with in-app reporting and blocking, and children won’t be able to use it without a parent’s permission.

3 AI features

Our AI features use safeguards designed to refuse requests for sexual content involving minors and any other content these standards prohibit. We handle reports about AI output like any other safety report.

4 How to report a concern

  • In an App: open Settings, then Help, and choose Report a problem.
  • By email: write to info@falaklabs.com with “Safety report” in the subject line. Include the App name, what happened and when, and any player name involved.

Never send us images or videos of child sexual abuse, even to report them. Report them directly to NCMEC or to the hotline in your country.

For emergencies and reports in the United States, use the contacts at the top of this page. In other countries, find your national hotline through INHOPE.

5 What happens after you report

We review child safety reports before anything else, normally within one business day. We act on what we find as described in section 1, and we tell you when we have acted, unless the law or an investigation prevents us from sharing details.

6 For parents and guardians

  • Our games work without an account and don’t ask children for personal information.
  • You can approve downloads and purchases with Google Family Link on Android, or with Screen Time and Ask to Buy on iPhone and iPad.
  • You can delete everything an App has stored on your child’s device in Settings > Delete my data, or by uninstalling the App.
  • If you have a question or concern, email info@falaklabs.com. A person handles every safety, privacy and deletion request.

7 Child safety contact

Child safety contact: info@falaklabs.com. Messages reach the person responsible for our child safety practices.

8 Laws and policies we follow

We built these standards around the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU and UK GDPR, the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, Google Play’s Families Policy, the App Store’s rules for apps used by children, and US federal reporting law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A). We review them when these laws or policies change.
